* Julie Gerstenblatt Reads/Signs Daughters of Nantucket at Scarsdale Library

On Sunday, March 26, at 3 pm, at the Scarsdale Public Library, former Scarsdale resident Julie Gerstenblatt, will celebrate the release of her new novel, Daughters of Nantucket. (It's 1846, the year of the Great Fire. Many of the menfolk of Nantucket are away at sea, often for years at a time, and the women on the island know a rare independence — and the challenges that go with it.) Julie will be interviewed by Scarsdale novelist Brooke Lee Foster. And we'll be there selling copies of Daughters.
